(NOTE: This prequel novella can be read at any time, though I placed it here due to overwhelming fan requests (thank you for letting me know where you feel it fit best!) Chronologically, the events in Fire & Ash happen before the events of Royal Decoy, but this novella was published after Royal Spy. Whenever you decide to read it is great, though I do recommend reading it before you begin Royal Captive.)
